My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is superb, situated in the heart of downtown Iloilo, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff at the reception during check-in were very welcoming and helpful. However, the hotel just needs some updates to enhance the overall experience, and I had to stay in the lobby for Wi-Fi access.
